The 108 SV3 cards Ruler of the Black Flame have just been revealed by the official Japanese TCG website! The set will be released in Japan next Friday, July 28.
The Secret Cards have not been revealed yet, this post will be updated with all the Secret Cards.
Most of the letters of Ruler of the Black Flame will become part of our Obsidian Flames set releasing on August 11.
