Supreme Zenith, The expansion is based on Pokémon Sword and Shield . Arrives on shelves worldwide on January 20, 2023. The expansion will contain over 160 cards. It will focus on cards with alternate artwork, featuring several new art styles and unique illustrations. Among them is the first special-art Pokémon VSTAR.

In addition to the new cards, Pokémon TCG: Crown Zenith will add a new 70-card subset called the Galarian Gallery. The gallery will showcase regular Pokémon, Pokémon V, Pokémon VMAX, Pokémon VSTAR, and Supporter cards with new special artwork. The artwork will highlight the uniqueness of the featured Pokémon and several other characters. For example, the Galarian Gallery will contain cards like Mewtwo VSTAR, Darkrai VSTAR, and Hisuian Zoroark VSTAR.
