RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 (Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal , without the need for justification and without penalty.

1. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must unequivocally communicate their decision to Pokemillon within the legal deadline, through any of the following means:

You can also use the withdrawal form template available on our website, although it is not mandatory.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The product must be returned in perfect condition , unused, unopened (in the case of sealed products), and in its original packaging .
The customer will be responsible for any improper handling of the product that diminishes its value (art. 108.2 TRLGDCU).
Pokemillon reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet these conditions.

3. RETURN COSTS

Pursuant to Article 108.1 of the TRLGDCU:

" Unless the trader offers to collect the goods, the consumer must return them at his own expense ."

Therefore, the direct return costs will be borne by the customer , except in the case of an error attributable to Pokemillon (defective, damaged, or incorrect product). Returns with postage due or without prior notice will not be accepted.

4. EXCLUSIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

(Art. 103 of the TRLGDCU)

The customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, are not suitable for return .
Customized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications.
Products with the “ Live Opening ” option selected (letters/envelopes opened via streaming), as these are products whose resale value is immediately and substantially affected.
Reservations for full, sealed boxes are made upon express request to the distributor. These products are non-cancellable and non-returnable , in accordance with Article 103.c) of the TRLGDCU.

By means of this document, I exercise the right of withdrawal established in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users RD 1/2007, of November 16, with respect to ALL contracts for the purchase and sale of product/s ……………………….. I am exercising my right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date the contract was signed, in accordance with the aforementioned regulation, which extends the right of withdrawal to 12 months if the employer has failed to comply with the obligation to provide information and documentation regarding this right. I also inform you that I did not authorize the start of the service before the aforementioned 14 days.

5. REFUND

Once the returned products have been received and their condition verified, the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days , using the same payment method used for the purchase. Pokemillon may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of the return.

In the case of a partial return, only the amount corresponding to the returned products will be refunded.

6. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

Product reservations made through the website may be canceled with a 10% penalty on the total amount, which is a processing fee and a commitment to the supplier.

7. RETURNS DERIVED FROM ERROR OR INCIDENT

In the event that the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Pokemillon will assume the cost of the return and reshipment of the product. The customer must report the incident within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing proof (photos, videos, etc.).
